Pat brings over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, specializing in operations and technology to her role at Earth Finance. Her primary focus revolves around the strategic oversight of business operations, technology initiatives and finance.
Before joining Earth Finance, Pat served as Chief Operating Officer for a fintech firm specializing in due diligence for investment managers. During her time there, she successfully steered product development, secured seed investments, and orchestrated a go-to-market strategy.
Prior to her role as COO, she was the Head of Operations for Russell Investments. In this capacity, she had comprehensive pre & post trade operational oversight for Russell's $1.7T global implementation services division, including transition management, foreign currency, execution services and derivative overlays.
Pat is a strategic leader with a passion for building and scaling businesses while prioritizing data-driven decision-making. As a founding member of the Russell Overlay Services team, she played a pivotal role in growing assets under management to exceed $60B. Additionally, she has been a catalyst for innovation in the risk management space.
Pat holds a B.B.A in Business and Economics from Pacific Lutheran University and an M.B.A from the same institution. She has also held her NASD Series 7,65, 63 and 24.
