Rachel is a Senior Analyst on Earth Finance's Renewable Fuels team, bringing expertise in regulatory reporting, climate strategy, and decarbonization, helping organizations navigate an increasingly complex sustainability landscape.
Before joining Earth Finance, Rachel served as a Sustainability Consultant at Deloitte, advising clients on ESG regulatory reporting and GHG assurance readiness. She guided organizations through compliance with emerging regulations, including the CSRD and California SB 253, and supported reporting against voluntary frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and SBTi. Her work included conducting double materiality assessments, disclosure and controls gap assessments, and Scope 1, 2, and 3 GHG assurance engagements. Across engagements, Rachel acted as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams, identifying process gaps and recommending improvements that strengthened both reporting quality and long-term climate strategy.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Environmental Studies from the University of Washington.
