In her previous role as Director of Energy Management at Walgreens Co., Shetal lead a portfolio of over 9,000 retail locations. Her leadership was pivotal in advancing the company's sustainability goals, including establishing a global commitment to reducing emissions by 2030 through a science-based methodology. Her efforts in corporate social responsibility and energy efficiency have significantly enhanced the company’s public reporting and sustainability practices.
Shetal's expertise spans across process management, training development, and large-scale deployment, contributing to improved operational efficiency and cost savings.
She earned her Master of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Child and Adolescent Psychology & Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, and a Bachelor’s in Applied Behavioral Sciences from the University of Illinois Chicago. Shetal has received training for Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Her dedication to corporate social responsibility was recognized when she was awarded the 2020 Divisional Champion of Corporate Social Responsibility.

She spends much of her time with her husband and three children riding bikes, playing card games, and watching all things Marvel.
