Background
Subhani is a consultant on the Strategy & Finance team at Earth Finance, bringing expertise in corporate sustainability governance, water resource management and WASH strategy, and financial management.
Prior to joining Earth Finance, Subhani spent three years at Starbucks as an enterprise sustainability lead at Starbucks where she supported establishing governance structures, measuring water replenishment benefits, and overseeing an early-stage sustainability fund. Earlier in her career, Subhani managed water, sanitation, and hygiene projects across South Asia with WaterAid America, and collaborated with a local India-based NGO to implement gravity-powered drinking water treatment technology with AguaClara Reach.
Subhani received a B.A. in Environmental Engineering from Cornell University. Outside of work, she enjoys running, playing and watching soccer, and sewing clothes using upcycled fabrics.
