Background
Bryan Weeks brings 25+ years of institutional investing and business leadership experience to his role as Earth Finance’s Co-Founder, CEO, and chair of the board. In his prior role as Head of Americas at Russell Investments, he led the team that provided investment and asset allocation strategy for over $900B in global institutional assets and managed over $100B in assets under management. Previously, as CEO of Silver Creek Capital, he oversaw the $7B global buildout of the firm’s private markets investment business.
Through his contributions on large company boards and global risk committees, Bryan has seen first-hand the challenge of successfully implementing actions to achieve net zero goals. He co-founded Earth Finance to combine science-based carbon reduction objectives with productive investments to create both client and climate value.
Bryan has a B.A. in business and finance from Washington State University and is a CFA charter holder through the CFA Institute. He is currently on the board of directors of two global technology companies and a global agriculture business.
Profit growth with a reduced carbon footprint is now a business requirement, not a trade-off. I co-founded Earth Finance to help clients develop strategic business plans that drive financial growth while also being engineered with a long-term focus on sustainability.
We believe that for-profit and for-planet are one and the same. We guide companies and investors through the hard work of building a net zero future that creates a thriving, equitable, and livable world for future generations.
